The group owns the operating businesses and sets the standards they work to. It never signs the contract, and that distinction protects you as much as it protects us.
What it does
Ownership, governance, capital
Banneret Holdings holds the equity in its operating companies and sets the standards they work to. It does not deliver services itself.
Each operating business runs its own books and holds its own contracts, and whatever liabilities it takes on are its own to carry, which is precisely what makes the structure worth having. Above them, the holding company owns shares, allocates capital, and writes its expectations down.
What it does not do
It does not trade, and it does not centralise
The holding company sells nothing and serves no clients directly. Anyone engaging the group engages an operating company, under that company's own agreement.
Operating decisions stay with the people doing the work. The group's role is to make sure those decisions are answerable, funded, documented.

Leave nothing undocumented
Every environment we run is written down well enough that someone else could take it over. That is the test, and it is not optional.

Prefer durable over clever
Deterministic scripts and boring, well-understood tools outlast novel ones. We choose what will still be maintainable in five years.

Say what is true
Plain assessments about what is working, what is at risk, what a fix will cost. No inflated urgency, no invented findings.
